Marie-Josée Morneau, physiotherapist and owner of the VIVA Physio Santé clinics in Boucherville and Longueuil, is a former Olympic athlete and now regularly practices sprint triathlons. She shares tips and strategies to allow you to practice running in an efficient and safe way in order to get the most out of this activity and avoid injury.
